  • Description: Provides resilience training for active duty military families and couples to help them through military life. Sessions are tailored to enhance communication, cohesion, and emotion regulation. Services are available virtually at family-friendly hours. At times, in-person services may be possible. To enroll in FOCUS or continue your sessions, contact your local FOCUS site at PortHueneme@focusproject.org.

  • Eligibility: Active duty service members and their family members. Couples do not need to be married to participate. Children must be ages 3+. Reserve and National Guard personnel must be with 6 months of going onto, or coming off of active orders.
